Anticoagulation Clinic

Our award-winning anticoagulation clinic treats patients on Coumadin, a blood-thinning medication taken daily to prevent blood clots, strokes and other cardiovascular diseases commonly caused by poor blood flow. Our clinic employs "point-of-care" testing where we spend significant time with patients and their families and counsel them with monthly therapy education.
