Shaleen Ayers, MSN, CNS

As a local soccer coach, Shaleen Ayers is a natural teacher at heart. She’s also a veteran Ohio Valley HeartCare clinician who supports patients undergoing electrophysiology care and treatment. Shaleen, who joined OVHC in 1999, graduated from the Deaconess School of Nursing and followed with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. She also holds a cardiovascular nursing certification and is a preceptor at the University of Southern Indiana’s nursing program. Shaleen, her husband and three children live in Oakland City, and enjoy boating and water skiing.
