Joe Winterman, R.N., ACLS

Joe Winterman may not be a surfer, but he sure knows how to catch a wave. That's because he serves as the Director of The Angina Center of Evansville, which utilizes Enhanced External Counterpulsation therapy to treat angina patients. Created by Ohio Valley HeartCare, this center is a first for the tri-state community and is "the next wave of therapy" for angina sufferers.

An Evansville native, Joe previously worked for 22 years as a critical care nurse specializing in cardiac care at St. Mary's Medical Center. He graduated from the St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing in Lafayette, Indiana.

Joe and his wife, Lisa, have three children and live in Evansville. He enjoys traveling, fishing and watching Indiana University basketball.
